About
Anastasia Thomas has over 15 years of experience working in international purpose-driven organizations and mission organizations. Her diverse background spans Ukraine, Mauritius, and other nations and cultures. She has an MA in Psychology and holds certificates in Social Innovation, Counselling, and Life Coaching. Anastasia is also trained in EMDR therapy, enabling her to work with trauma using this evidence-based, internationally recognised approach. Additionally, she is a certified facilitator for Ethnic Reconciliation and provides Debriefing for cross-cultural workers. Her approach is holistic and person-centered, valuing each individual’s unique experiences and perspectives.
Anastasia is passionate about walking alongside people through life’s changes and transitions, helping them grow resilience, improve psychological well-being, fulfill their life calling, and thrive. She also works with people going through grief and trauma, helping them navigate their experiences in a safe space.
Originally from Ukraine and now based in Mauritius, Anastasia brings a personal understanding of cross-cultural living to her work. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, and exploring various forms of art.
